PAIRS.
Eyes to see the beauty in others.
Lungs to breathe one breath at a time.
Knees to crawl, feet to walk, legs to run.
Ears to listen to those who love you.
Hands to build, fingers to write.
Arms to hug.
And to think you'll have two little ones,
ones who you'll be able to watch and teach
and help to discover the magical beauty of life.
CONGRATULATIONS!

awesome weekends are awesome.
My weekend was awesome. Played catch with a Koosh ball. Got poured on while having a picnic at the beach. (It seriously was a highlight; I love rain.) Bowled 5 games. Played Agricola. (Don't ask.) Started watching LOST. (Yes. Just started.) Picked up a growler. Watched fireworks (One of my favorite things to do.) Ate brunch. Slept in. Relaxed.
I celebrated our country and my freedom to do all of that as I pleased.
Which also included sparklers. You can go ahead and ignore the man on his bike drinking out of a paper bag.
Did I mention that this seriously made my weekend? I'm also one to clap and point out all of my favorite fireworks. This year I saw this gold sparkly waterfall, and it was pretty much the best.
How did you celebrate the 4th of July?
